Accounts are provisioned by workspace administrators. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential. Sessions expire after 8 hours.
Do not upload data you are not authorized to process. Do not attempt to re-identify masked records. Do not use the service to generate codes without qualified human review.
Coding decisions remain the responsibility of the submitting organization and its certified coders. CPTAIN supplies evidence-anchored recommendations and audit trails to support — not replace — professional judgment.
